Brewing a New Passion – The Bier Library
In 2018, Prashant decided to explore a completely different
avenue — hospitality. He founded The Bier Library in the bustling Koramangala
neighborhood of Bengaluru. The 20,000 sq ft microbrewery quickly became a
hotspot for craft beer lovers, offering a unique blend of global cuisine, cozy
interiors, and a warm ambiance. With thoughtfully designed indoor-outdoor
